Can one machine make both flat and pyramid tea bags?

Yes – the machine switches between flat tea bag and pyramid tea bag on a one-touch changeover, with ultrasonic sealing of the inner bag in both cases.

What fill weight and accuracy can it hold?

The filling range is 1–10 g per bag, set by bag size and tea type. Fill accuracy is ±0.2 g per bag with the 6- or 8-head multihead weigher fitted.

How fast does it run?

Up to 65 bags/min for the inner bag only, and 40 bags/min when the inner bag and outer envelope are linked in one line.

Which filter materials are supported?

Nylon, PLA and polyester (PET) mesh, nonwoven filter material and other biodegradable web materials. Tell us which material you intend to use so the sealing parameters can be matched to it.

Is the outer envelope mandatory?

No – the outer bag packager is optional. When included it produces a pillow or three-side-seal envelope of L80–140 × W70–120 mm, using 160/140/120 mm film widths.
