Drip Coffee Packaging Machine — Hanging Filter Bag with Individual Outer Sachet

Drip coffee bag packaging machine forming hanging filter bags
Drip Coffee and Immersion Coffee Bag Packaging Machine

The machine combines ground coffee dosing, hanging filter bag forming and ultrasonic sealing, followed by heat sealing into a three-side-seal outer sachet. Actual output varies with coffee characteristics, filling weight, bag dimensions and whether outer packaging is included. We verify the achievable speed through sample testing. For a quotation, please provide a bag photo and the required fill weight.

Inner bag 90 × 70–74 mm
Envelope 100 × 120 mm
30–70 bags/min

SPM-T300 Overview

Figures marked with an asterisk (*) represent published preliminary reference values for the SPM-T300. The actual production speed, coffee filling weight and bag dimensions are verified through a trial run using your coffee and packaging materials. When evaluating quotations, ensure that all suppliers are quoting on the same basis, including the inner filter bag, outer envelope, coffee type, output testing conditions and machine configuration.

Specification

Published Value
Factors Affecting It
Model
SPM-T300 (AF and AK Feeding Versions)
AF: Agitating hopper. AK: Vibratory feeder with measuring cup. Selection depends on the flow characteristics of the coffee grounds.
Speed
30–70 bags/min*
Production speed depends on the coffee type, filling weight, bag dimensions and whether the outer envelope is included. Actual output is verified through a sample test.
Pack
Hanging-ear inner filter bag and outer envelope packaging on a single machine
Projects involving steeping or only the inner bag require an individual assessment.
Fill Quantity
Auger screws sized from 10 mL up to 100 mL maximum fill
Coffee density and target fill weight determine the selection of the auger screw or measuring cup, which is configured at the factory to suit your required dose.
Coffee & Dosing System
Ground coffee · Screw-type auger filler or volumetric cup dosing system
Coffee grind size, oil content and flow properties.
Outer Packaging Sachet
100 × 120 mm (W × L)*
The outer former and seal jaws.
Inner filter bag
90 × 70–74 mm (W × L)*
The forming unit determines the bag shape. If your design is different, please provide a drawing.
Sealing
Inner bag: ultrasonic sealing and cutting · Outer envelope: heat sealing with PID-controlled temperature
Filter material and film specifications; sealing temperature is adjusted according to operating speed and film thickness.
Rolls and Mesh
Maximum wrapping film width: 200 mm · Maximum filter material width: 180 mm · Maximum roll diameter: 380 mm · Core diameter: 76 mm

Please provide your local power supply voltage, phase and frequency when requesting a quotation.
Compressed Air
0.5 MPa minimum
An independent gas supply is required if nitrogen flushing is included.
Footprint and weight
1203 × 809 × 2141 mm (L × W × H) · about 440 kg
Allow at least 800 mm of clearance on both sides. Additional space is needed for conveyors or coding equipment.
Control System
PLC with touchscreen, PID temperature control, fault display
Nitrogen

Outer Envelope Configuration Option

Quoted as a separate item; needs a nitrogen supply.

Inner Filter Bag and Outer Packaging Options

Hanging-ear filter bags are suspended over a cup for pour-over preparation, while steeping bags are immersed directly in water. Either type can be packaged in a three-side-seal outer sachet, with dimensions, materials and tooling requirements evaluated individually.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the AF and AK feeding versions?

AF uses an agitating hopper; AK uses a vibratory feeder with a measuring cup. The choice depends on how your ground coffee flows – oily or clumping grinds behave differently from dry, free-flowing ones, so we match the feeding system to the product.

What fill weight can the machine dose?

Auger screws are sized from 10 mL up to a maximum fill of 100 mL. Coffee density and your target fill weight determine whether an auger screw or a volumetric measuring cup is used; the dosing element is configured at the factory for your required dose.

What output can I expect?

The published range is 30–70 bags/min. Actual speed depends on coffee type, filling weight, bag dimensions and whether the outer envelope is included in the same run – verified through a sample test with your coffee.

Can it run only the inner filter bag, without the outer envelope?

Standard operation is the hanging-ear inner filter bag plus outer envelope on one machine. Projects involving steeping bags, or inner bag only, require an individual assessment – describe the pack you want and we will tell you what is possible.

Are the bag sizes fixed?

The published reference is an outer sachet of 100 × 120 mm (W × L) and an inner filter bag of 90 × 70–74 mm (W × L). If your design differs, send a drawing: the forming unit determines the bag shape and can be checked against your artwork.
