Horizontal Premade Bag Packing Machine

Horizontal premade pouch machine with a pouch magazine at the infeed
Feed pre-made pouches from a magazine for filling and sealing. Machine specifications are determined by the actual pouch, product, and filling system.

Pack pre-made pouches from a magazine, then fill and seal them. Machine specifications depend on the actual pouch, product, and filling system.

First, confirm the pouch you plan to purchase and the product to be packed. The magazine, grippers, filling system, and SPM-160 / SPM-210 / SPM-260 machine frame are then evaluated together to ensure they suit the same packaging project.

This machine is designed to pack ready-made pouches. Please note that making pouches directly from rollstock film requires a form-fill-seal or flow-wrap packaging machine.

Ideal Applications

Suitable for premade pouch packaging projects using a magazine-fed pick-and-place machine. Compatible pouch styles may include doypack, zipper, gusseted, block-bottom, and similar bags, with a filling system selected to match the product.

Filling System Options

  • Auger filler

  • Multihead weigher

  • Linear weigher

  • Liquid filling pump

Which product do you need to package?

The horizontal machine packs pre-made pouches. The feeding and filling systems are chosen according to the product. Select the profile that best matches your product — these categories alone do not guarantee machine compatibility, packaging speed, or a specific filling system model.

Complete Packaging Line Configuration

Design the Line to Match Your Product

The horizontal premade pouch machine serves as the central unit of the packaging line. Product feeding and dosing equipment are positioned upstream, while conveying and inspection systems are arranged downstream. The hopper shown in the photo represents one possible setup and is not included as a standard filling system.
