Frequently Asked Questions
Which model do I need, VFFS-320 or VFFS-420?
Choose by bag size. The VFFS-320 runs bags 40–150 mm wide and 100–200 mm long; the VFFS-420 runs 80–200 mm wide and 100–250 mm long. If your widest bag is over 150 mm, the VFFS-420 is the starting point.
Which bag styles can this machine produce?
Pillow bags, stick packs, three-side-seal and four-side-seal sachets, and shaped sachets – all formed from roll film on the same machine, depending on the forming set fitted.
What output can I expect?
The published range is 10–60 bags/min. Actual output depends on your product, fill weight, bag dimensions and film, and is confirmed with a sample test rather than from the catalogue figure alone.
What film can the machine run?
Laminated or PE film – for example PET/PE, OPP/PE or OPP/CPP. Send your film structure with the sample so sealing parameters can be checked on your actual material.
What does the machine need on site?
220 V AC 50 Hz power, with other voltage and frequency configurations available to match your site; compressed air at 0.65 MPa and 0.4 m³/min for the VFFS unit (the filler adds its own consumption); and a footprint of L1200 × W700 × H1520 mm for the VFFS-320 or L1300 × W800 × H1720 mm for the VFFS-420.
How do I get a quotation?
Tell us four things: what you pack, the bag style, the fill weight per bag and your target output. Add your film structure if you have it. Send them through the contact form and we can name the model range instead of sending a general brochure.
